【摘要】Objective to explore the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine subdural effusion and various kinds of hydrocephalus curative effect. Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2019, our hospital 100 cases of subdural effusion, and various kinds of hydrocephalus patients clinical data on the overall concept, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory, based on the author from the experience formula, chopped sweet brain meriton begin to understand the add and subtract treatment, observation of treatment in patients with 7 d, 14 d, 30 d, the therapeutic effect of 45 d and 90 d. Results patients in the treatment of 7 d, 14 d, 30 d, 45 d and 90 d the total effective rate were 12.00%, 30.00%, 46.00%, 54.00%, 76.00%. Conclusion chopped sweet meriton brain begin to understand the add and subtract in the treatment of subdural effusion, and various kinds of hydrocephalus curative effect, has a certain clinical reference value.

Stroke of the zang-fu organs, trauma, encephalopathy and the incidence of hydrocephalus secondary subdural effusion is 40% ~ 70%, including ventricular expansion and subdural effusion, if not to give timely and effective treatment measures, which can lead to cognitive dysfunction, incontinence, and seriously affect the patients quality of life [1]. Current clinical for subdural effusion and hydrocephalus and there is no effective drug treatment, take more drilling drainage, bypass surgery, although can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, but many questions exist complications, and also easy to cause intracranial infection, especially in most of patients with postoperative subdural effusion amounted to less than ideal therapeutic effect, drainage effusion have increased over and over again, even complicated with intracranial infection and treatment failure [2]. Development of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and treat various diseases have rich experience.
